Here is a great opportunity to supply your Church Organizations and Class Room Students with a variety of printable Sports Wear for everyone. Representing over 24 domestic suppliers and some 639 articles of clothing, we have gone several steps forward in making many of these available for your customized embroidery and/or screen printed designs. You simply select your preference from our Sports Wear or Uniforms catalogs and notify us as to your selections, sizes, colors, etc. Based on your specifications, we will send you the closest cost estimates available at that time. Embroidery Set up Fees
Artwork: .jpeg, is preferable; however, .tiff .ai and .eps are all acceptable
file types.
Your initial order requires a Camera Ready design which is then
used for digitizing your exact design for the embroidery software.
We use a Tajima format in the event that you have that available.
Normally, the digitizing fee is $10 per 1000 stitches. Our special
one time fee is only $39.00 for up to 10,000 stitches. This
set up fee is on a cost basis. On occasion, a small art fee may be
encountered. When this is the case, we would notify you before proceeding
further. Upon your approval and payment, the digitizing process will
be completed and one embroidered swatch sample will be scanned and emailed
to you for approval.
The same Logo or Design is applicable to all Caps, Visors, Bucket Hats,
Shirts and Embroidered T-shirts, unless otherwise specified. This
results in a significant savings for your group. Space limitations
on Caps, Visors and Bucket Hats may necessitate a reduction in certain
Logo content per your prior approval. Normally, these changes may be accomplished
at no added cost. No charge for multiple color embroidery threads.
SCREEN PRINTING Our screen printing services include up to six colors. Generally, most screen printing is on white shirts which require no prior surface preparations. Dark color garments and mesh products require a Flash Cure prior to printing. Screen charges are $20.00 per screen and Flash Cure is $0.35 per color. In addition, there are the normal screen printing charges which vary according to quantities and number of colors. Send us your Camera Ready design with colors and print sizes; the
shirt sizes, colors and quantities for a highly competitive price quotation.
CUSTOM CLOISONNÉ PINS Now you can create your own quality custom jewelry. Numerous businesses, trade organizations, museums, schools, clubs, associations, military reunion groups and smaller institutions take advantage of our competitive prices and efficient, courteous service. Capture your own special design on distinctive, permanent and brilliant enamel, which comes in either a gold or silver plated finish. Most pins are manufactured using the artful and meticulous cloisonné process. Micro detailed designs may require the semi-cloisonne’ process which differs ever so slightly in appearance from the true cloisonné. We can determine the best process only after viewing your design, including the colored art work. Quantity and sizes are additional determining factors.
